This is a really amazing tape. I can't say I laughed all that much -- his stuff on relationships was very funny. But MAN, he's seemingly completely drunk and screaming at the audience throughout, trying to find a way to construct an act before their eyes. It's very weird to listen to a comic bombing but being appreciated by the audience (also to hear a Libertarian comic who varies between "left" beliefs and rightwing ones). I will d/l the other Stanhopes you've got, but in this instance, he's just like Bill Hicks (with a major dose of Kinison's screaming), except with the poetry, or wit, or structure. (Did I forget jokes?)

Oops, I meant WITHOUT Bill Hicks' poetry, wit, and structure.
